我国护理专业男性学生职业态度影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:调查护理职业男性学生的专业态度,为提升护理专业男生的职业满意度提供理论依据。方法:选取3所医学院校的164名护理专业男生作为调查对象,自行设计调查问卷进行调查。结果:70.4%以上的男生不是因为热爱护理而就读护理专业;实习男生中就读护理专业感到自豪的人数明显少于在校男生,本科男生就读护理专业感到自豪的人数明显少于专科男生,两组差异有统计学意义;71.1%的男生认为女生比男生更适合做护士,但68.9%的男生认为男护士的职业发展空间比女护士更大;世俗偏见是阻碍男性当护士的重要原因;63.3%男生职业态度很不稳定。结论:护理专业男生的职业态度稳定性不高。Objective： To investigate the attitude towards nursing specialty of male nursing students, and promote the professional attitude of male nursing students with theoretical basis. Methods： Chose three medical colleges of 164 male nursing students as the respondents with a self- designed questionnaire. Results： Over 70.4% male nursing students is not interested in nursing; The number of interns with a lot of pride is less than the students at school, the number of undergraduate is less than junior college students, differences in the two groups have statistical signifi- cance; 71.1% students think that women are more suitable as a nurse than men, but 68.9% students think that male nurses have more develop- ment space than female nurses. ＂stereotypes＂ is one of the important obstacles as a male nurse;63.3% of the professional attitude of male nursing students is not very stable. Conclusion： The professional attitude of male nursing students is low.
