苦参素胶囊对低病毒载量慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察苦参素胶囊对低病毒载量慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能的影响。方法将61例低病毒载量慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组;对照组30例口服甘草酸单钾盐片,治疗组31例口服甘草酸单钾盐片和苦参素胶囊,疗程3个月。结果治疗后两组患者肝功能指标ALT、AST、γ-GGT均有不同程度降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组HBV-DNA含量明显降低(P<0.05),且明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苦参素胶囊可改善低病毒载量慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能,抑制病毒复制。Objective To observe the effects of Marine Capsules on liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis B of low-virus quantity. Methods Sixty-one subjects wei~ randomized into two groups： control group in which 30 cases were treated with Glycyrrhizic Potassium Tablets, and treatment group in which 31 cases were treated with Glyeyrrhizic Potassium Tablets and Marine Capsules, with the com^e of three months. Results After treatment, the ALT, AST and γ-GGT were reduced in both groups（ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）, with more significant reduction in the treatment group than that in the control group（P 〈 0, 05 ） ; the concentration of HBV-DNA was decreased in the treatment group（ P 〈0.05 ）, with low e.ancentration in the treatment group than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Marine Capsules can improve the liver function and inhibit virus duplication in patients with chronic hepatitis B of low-virus quantity.
