加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味黄芪桂枝五物汤为主治疗糖尿病周围神经痛的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的糖尿病周围神经痛患者64例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。对照组予降糖、降压、降脂及弥可保片、加巴喷丁等基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗的同时联合加味黄芪桂枝五物汤。治疗8周,应用简式McGill疼痛问卷评价患者疼痛的改善情况及中医证候情况,比较两组的临床疗效。结果 McGill疼痛问卷评价显示,两组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前降低,其中治疗组的分值低于对照组(P<0.05),且在中医证候改善及总体临床疗效方面治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论加味黄芪桂枝五物汤可减轻对糖尿病周围神经痛。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of modified＂ Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction＂ in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain （DPNP）. Methods Sixty-four patients meet the inclusion criteria of DPNP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hypoglycemic, antihypertensive, lipid-lowering and Methycobal tablets, gabapentin and other basic treatment, and treatment group was added with modified ＂Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction＂, with the course of 8 weeks. The pain and TCM syndromes were detected by the McGill Pain Questionnaire. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results The McGill Pain Questionnaire showed that the VAS score was reduced after treatment in both groups, and the reduction in treatment group are much than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences in improvement of TCM syndromes and total clinical efficacy between treatment group and control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Modified ＂Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction＂ is effective to improve the symptoms of DPNP.
