润肠通便汤治疗老年功能性便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察润肠通便汤治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将70例老年功能性便秘患者随机分为两组,各35例;治疗组给予润肠通便汤治疗,对照组口服酚酞片,疗程4周。结果治疗组总有效率为94.3%,对照组为80.0%;治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论润肠通便汤治疗老年功能性便秘具有良好疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂ Runchang Tongbian Decoction＂ for the treatment of functional constipation in aged people. Methods Seventy cases with senile＇functional constipation were randomized into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The cases in treatment group were treated with ＂Runchang Tongbian Decoction＂, and cases in control group were treated with Phenolphthalein Tablets, with the course of 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 94.3% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group; the clinical efficacy in treatment group was superior to that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Runchang Tongbian Decoction＂ has positive effect on senile functional constipation.
