摘 要:为实现亚麻和苎麻两种纤维优良特性互补,扩大亚麻纤维产品范围,通过对亚麻纤维的精细化(脱胶)加工、苎麻纤维的牵切(38 mm隔距)工艺,并在棉纺设备上实现了亚麻苎麻纤维混纺。成功纺制出20 tex 55/45亚麻/苎麻混纺纱线,并拟定出各道纺纱工艺参数及配置,同时测试了该混纺纱的物理机械性能。结果表明:该混纺纱的断裂强度达10.76 cN/tex,条干CV达21.1%,条干均匀,混纺纱表面光洁,完全可以实现织造工艺,具有独特风格的同时,显著提升了苎麻与亚麻纤维的附加值。For the realization of fine characters complementary of beth linen fiber and ramie fiber, and enlarging the product range of linen fiber, this article focuses on the successfully spinning 50Nm 55/45 linen fiber and ramie fiber blended yarn nn cotton spinning frame through a refining processing of linen fiber (degumming) processing and a stretch-breaking (38ram spacing) of ramie fiber. Each spinning process parameters are worked out with physical and mechanical properties of the blended yarn tested. The result shows that the yarn breaking strength is up to 10.76eN/tex, the coefficient of variation of the evenness is 21.1% and uniformity, the blended yarn surface is bright and clean. The yarn is of both unique style and completely wearability that enhances the added value of ramie and linen fiber significantly.
