摘　　要：对采用赛络纺纺纱技术形成的驼绒水溶性维纶包芯纱进行退维试验,得到驼绒中空纱。通过正交试验方法研究了退维因素参数(溶解温度、溶解时间、换水条件)对退维后纱线退维率、柔软性及断裂强力的影响。试验结果表明:驼绒水溶性维纶包芯纱的最优退维工艺参数是溶解温度80℃,溶解时间50 min,流动性换热水。In order to obtain hollow camel hair yarn, PVA removing experiment was applied to Sirospun e.amel hair/vinylon covered yarn. The effeet of soluble temperature, slouble duration, water changing on the rate of PVA removing, softness and breaking strength of the yarn after PVA removing is studied through orthognnal test. The result shows that the optimum condition should be soluble temperature of 80℃, soluble duration of 50rains and hot - water circulation.
