摘　　要：通过生产实践,从涤棉混纺比、涤纶原料选择、生产工艺等方面,分析了涤棉混纺纱质量控制需注意的措施。明确了采用合适的涤棉纱混纺比计算方法,合理选择涤纶原料,优化各工序工艺,加强生产管理等措施提高涤棉混纺纱质量。Key points to control polyester/cotton hlended yarn quality were discussed from the aspects of polyester/cotton blending ratio, selection of polyester raw material as well as processing technology. It is noticed that polyester/cotton blended yarn quality can be improved through adopting some measures, such as determining the ealculation method of polyester/cotton blending ratio, rationally seleeting polyester raw material, optimizing processing technology in each process, strengthening management of operation and so on.
