摘　　要：弹力牛仔布生产过程中,卷边问题是困扰生产企业的一项技术难题。从原料的性能、上机工艺参数的选择、布边组织设计等方面进行了研究分析,总结了弹力牛仔布卷边的原因,并提出了解决措施,包括布边采用正反面结构相同的组织,增大布边的经向密度,增加布边的宽度,以及布边加边道的方法。In processing stretch denim fabric, curling is one of technical problems which makes the mills headache. The causes are analyzed and summarized from the aspects of process parameters, raw material quality, edge weave design. Measures to settle the curling are put forward, that is to adopt same face and back weaves of the edge, enhance the edge warp density and edge width.
