梳理前后阻燃纤维性能的变化

摘　　要：对芳纶、阻燃粘胶、阻燃维纶、阻燃腈氯纶4种阻燃纤维梳理前后的长度、强力及燃烧特性进行对比分析。结果发现,纤维不同,梳理作用的影响有较大差异。芳纶基本不受梳理作用的影响,而其他3种阻燃纤维长度变短,强力也出现一定程度的变化,梳理后纤维的阻燃效果变差,其中阻燃粘胶受影响最大。Changes of the length, strength and combustion characters of fimr flame-retardant fibers of aramid, Viscose, vinyhm and acrylic polyvinyl before and after carded are analyzed in this paper. It＇ s found that the effect of carding on the fiber differs with the differenl kind of fiber. No affect on the performance of aramid fiber happened while the length and strength of other three fibers are decreased. And the flame retardant of the three fibers shows worse after carded with the flameretardant Viscose affected greatly.
