益气降浊汤对于冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者MMP-1、MMP-2的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气降浊汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上,加用益气降浊汤,疗程14 d。观察两组在治疗前后心绞痛疗效、心电图ST-T改变、血液中MMP-1、MMP-2及不良反应。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,心绞痛的症状和缺血性心电图改善明显(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组MMP-1、MMP-2改善显著(P<0.05)。结论:益气降浊汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著、安全性高。Objective ： To observe the effect of Yiqi Jiangzhuo Decoction on unstable angina. Methods ：60 patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups ,30 in each group. The control group used the routine treatment while the treatment group added Yiqi Jiangzhuo Decoction. The treatment course was 14 days. The effect, ST - T changes of ECG, MMP - 1 and MMP -2 in blood and adverse reactions were compared. Results：The symptoms and ECG improvement of treatment group were superior to those of the control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）and the MMP - 1 and MMP -2 in treatment group after treatment were improved significant- ly（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Yiqi Jiangzhuo treating unstable angina has obvious effect and high safety.
