摘　　要：近年来研究表明胰岛素抵抗是血脂代谢紊乱、高血压、糖尿病、肥胖等疾病的共同发病基础。从中医角度对脾脏的生理功能、病理变化及病理产物进行分析,阐释其与胰岛素抵抗为发病基础的疾病之间的联系。提出早期从脾论治胰岛素抵抗的必要性。Recent studies show that insulin resistance is the common basis of the incidence of dyslipidemia, diabetes, hyper- tension, obesity and other diseases. Physiological function, pathological changes and pathological product of the spleen were ana- lyzed from the perspective of Chinese medicine to explain the link between the basis of the disease incidence with insulin resist- ance. It pointed out the importance of the early treatment of insulin resistance focusing on spleen.
