摘  要:目的:优选桑白皮总黄酮的最佳提物工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,以桑白皮总黄酮的收率为指标,采用正交试验法优选桑白皮总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为:90%乙醇、恒定温度95℃、料液比为1∶25、提取3次,每次3 h。总黄酮的收率为2.452%。结论:此提取法可用于桑白皮总黄酮的提取,其中提取溶剂的浓度对总黄酮的提取影响较大。Objective :To optimize the technology for extracting total flavonoids from the Mori cortex. Methods:on the basis of single factor tests, the yield of total flavonoids was used as indicator to optimize the extracting technology of total flavonoids by or- thogonal test. Results :The optimal extracting technology was as follows:with 25 times 90% EtOH -H20, extracting 3 times at 95℃ for 3 hours. By this technology, the extract rate of total flavonoids was 2.452 %. Conclusion:This method can be applied to the extraction of total flavonoids from the Mori cortex. The extracting solvent concentrations show objective effects.
