摘　　要：24 h动态血压监测(24hABPM)指标中的脉压、晨峰血压、血压昼夜节律,变异性、血压负荷等,对于预测高血压患者心功能受损有重要的价值。24 hABPM能较全面而客观反映血压变化规律和波动情况,有明显的优越性.本文综述24 hABPM中各项指标与心功能受损的相关性,以期对心功能受损的高血压患者进行进一步研究。The parameters of 24 Hours Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring（24 hABPM） （eg, pulse pressure, morning peak blood pressure ,circadian rhythm ,blood pressure variability,blood pressure load and so on）have an important value on prediction of the impaired cardiac function. It also provides a more comprehensive and objective reflection of the variation of blood pressure fluctuations with obvious advantages. This paper summarized the relationship between indexes of 24 hABPM and cardiac function, so as to make a further study of the patients with hypertensive and impaired cardiac function.
