正交法优选固天泉胶囊中石菖蒲挥发油提取工艺

摘　　要：目的 :优选固天泉胶囊中石菖蒲挥发油的提取工艺。方法 :采用水蒸气蒸馏法对石菖蒲挥发油的提取工艺进行正交优选。结果 :挥发油的提取得率与加水量、浸泡时间关系不大 ,而与提取时间的长短有一定的关系。结论 :加水量 8倍 ,浸泡时间 1h,提取时间 6Objective:To study the extraction process for essential oil A corus tatarinowii in Gutianquan capsule.Methods:To study the extraction process for essential oil of A corus tatarinowii by steam distillation.Results:Volum e of essential oil was not relevantto water volum e,im merse time but was relevent to extraction time.Conclusion:The best extraction process is to extract herb with8 tim es of water,im mers for1hour,extrat for6 hours.
