摘 要:随着围护结构节能设计要求的不断提升,节能材料的成本价格也在日趋增高。住宅建筑在建筑总量中占有相当大的比重,有必要对其节能设计的经济性进行探讨。文章调研了重庆地区多层住宅围护结构主要部位传热系数情况和重庆地区保温材料现行市场价格,对满足相同传热系数的不同材料进行了经济性比对分析。此外,还对重庆主城区的典型多层住宅建筑进行节能模拟分析,选定不同的材料组合方案,比较分析其成本因素,得到满足节能规范要求并且成本较优的多层住宅围护结构节能设计策略。With the gradual increase of requirements on energy conservation design of building envelope structure, the cost of energy conservation mate-rials is also on the rise. As the residential building accounts for the biggest proportion, it is necessary to explore the economy of energy conservation de-sign. The heat transfer coefficients of the major parts of the building envelope used in multi-storey residential building and the market price of thermal in-sulation materials in Chongqing are investigated and the economy of different materials with the same heat transfer coefficient is comparatively analyzed. Moreover, the energy conservation of the typical multi-storey residence in Chongqing is simulated and analyzed to select different material combination plans and comparatively analyzed their cost reasons so that a best energy conservation design can be obtained.
