摘　　要：文章从建设工程合同履行中的程序的符合性与事实的符合性、甲方代表权力范围、周边环境、招标文件、承包商设备使用、争端解决六个方面,讨论建设工程合同履行中的常见争议问题。The common disputes over construction contract are discussed from the six aspects：procedural compliance VS fact compliance, the employer representative＆#39;s authority, the surrounding environment, the tender documents, the usage of contractor＆#39;s equipment and the settlement of dispute.
