摘　　要：目的 建立测定白芷维生素E乳膏中维生素E含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 Waters e2695 HPLC色谱系统,Empower Waters工作站,Waters 2489 UV/visible Detector检测器,Platisil ODS色谱柱（150 mm×4.6mm,5 μm）,流速为1.0 mL/min,流动相为甲醇,检测波长284 nm,进样量为20 μL.结果 维生素E进样质量浓度在83.6 ～ 836μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 98）,平均加样回收率为99.97％（n=9）,RSD=0.42％.结论 该方法操作简便、准确、稳定、灵敏度高,适用于白芷维生素E中维生素E的质量控制.Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the vitamin E content in Angelicae Dahuricae Radix Vitamin E Cream.Methods The Waters e2695 HPLC chromatographic system was adopted with the Empower Waters workstation and the Waters 2489 UV/visible detector,the Platisil ODS column（150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used,the methanol was used as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 284 nm.The injection volume was 20 μL.Results The linear range of vitamin E was 83.6-836 μg/mL（r =0.999 98）,the average recovery rate was 99.97% （n =9）,RSD =0.42%.Conclusion This method is simple to operate,accurate and stable with high sensitivity,which is suitable for the quality control of vitamin E in Angelicae Dahuricae Radix Vitamin E Cream.
