涉气产业建设项目管理模式分析及选择

摘　　要：从项目管理的客体、主体、目的、职能、依据等基本要素出发,介绍了国内外广泛应用的项目管理模式及其优缺点和适用范围。以靖西三线系统工程、关中环线等输气管道项目建设为例,分析了其管理模式的应用与创新;并根据涉气产业项目的特点和现状,提出了关于液化天然气工厂、燃气利用化工厂、天然气分布式能源等项目的管理模式建议。Starting with the following basic factors like the object, subject, purpose and function and ba- sis, the paper introduces some project management models widely used at home and abroad, their advantages and disadvantages, as well as their applicable ranges. With the examples of gas transmission pipeline con- struction projects such as Jingxi tri - linear system project and Guanzhong loop line, the analysis is carried out about the application and innovation of their management models. Meanwhile, according to the characteristics and status of gas - related industry projects, some suggestions are presented about the management models of construction projects like liquefied natural gas factory, gas utilization chemical plant, and natural gas distribu- ted energy.
