摘 要:医疗人员资质是国际联合委员会(Joint Commission International,JCI)评审核心项目,也是多评委联合检查的重点内容。虽然我国在拟定法律法规、行业规范的医疗人员资质管理前期,以及政策贯彻执行的人员资质管理中期,都已做到很好,但距离JCI标准中医疗人员资质全院互知、即时可查询的要求仍有不足,存在授权后资质项目不清、管理较分散、资质授予后缺少即时查询等问题,成为限制医疗人员资质管理发展的短板。为弥补医疗人员资质后期管理的不足,突破医疗人员资质管理瓶颈,医院在梳理从业医疗人员资质、重建授权机制后,创建医疗人员资质管理系统,实现资质的实时查询,实现医疗人员资质的科学管理。Medical staff qualification is the core project of JCI assessment and key contents of the joint examina- tion by many judges. Although China has done well in drawing up laws and regulations, and industry standards in the ear- ly period of medical qualification management and policy implementation in the middle period of medical staff qualification management, it is far from JCI standards: medical qualification known around the hospital and the instant query. And there exist problems of vague qualification accounts after authorization, dispersed management, lack of instant query after qualification awarded, which limits the development of medical staff qualification management. To cover the shortage in the late period of medical staff qualification management, and break through the bottleneck of medical staff qualification management, hospitals create the system of medical staff qualification management, and make instant query and the scien- tific management of medical staff qualification realized after combing up professional medical staff qualification and recon- struction of authorization mechanism.
