摘  要:营养评估是国际联合委员会(Joint Commission International,JCI)评审重点关注内容。由于其评审准备期间需克服营养评估内涵定义不明、评估流程不确定、筛查标准不统一、营养师缺乏、工作落实难度大等五大难点,它又被列为JCI评审标准二十项最难通过条目。为保证营养评估全面达标,医院经院内专家讨论、院外学习、文献分析及院内实验等方法后,采取成立营养支持小组、标准化营养评估流程、明确筛查标准、授权营养资质、开展宣教与督察等工作,在评审工作中成功获得高分。Nutrition assessment is the focus contents of assessment by JCI,listed as the twenty entries which are the most difficult to be passed by JCI because of the 5 big difficulties which are to be overcome in the preparation for as- sessment: 1. unidentified definition of nutrition assessment connotation; 2. undetermined assessment process; 3. inconsistent screening standards; 4. lack of nutritionist; 5. big difficulties in carrying out work. To guarantee nutrition assessment fully up to standards, our hospital set up nutrition support group, took the process of standardized nutrition assessment, clarified assessment standards, authorized nutrition qualification, launched propaganda and supervision and achieved high grades in assessment by means of expert discussion within our hospital, study outside our hospital, literature analysis and experiment within our hospital.
