摘　　要：手术作为一种侵入性有创的治疗手段,技术是否成熟直接关系到患者的健康甚至生命。医院结合JCI标准、国家卫生评价标准,近年来经过不断的探索与实践,逐步形成符合临床需要的精细化手术管理模式。在手术资质的授权流程、评定、审批、定期考核及再授权、能力决定权限等方面的管理,经验值得同行借鉴。Operation is an intruding and waumatic means of medical treatment. Whether the technology is mature or immature directly relates to patients＇ health or even their lives. Combined with JCI standards and national health evalua- tion criteria, and after constant exploration and practice, refined management modes of operation that conform to clinical de- mands gradually formed. The management experience of authorization, assessment, examination and approval, regular ex- amination,reanthorization and decision-making competence permission in the process of operation qualification is worth reference by the colleagues.
