摘　　要：目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定小儿消食颗粒中熊果酸的含量.方法 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-0.5%醋酸铵溶液（83：17）为流动相,检测波长为215 nm.结果 熊果酸的进样量在0.168 6～3.372 0 μg之间与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数r=1.000 0,平均加样回收率为96.5%（RSD=0.59%,n=6）.结论 该方法简便、准确,可用于小儿消食颗粒中熊果酸的含量测定.Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of usolic acid in Xiao＇ er Xiaoshi Gran- ules. Methods C18 column was adopted with methanol -0. 5% ammonium acetate solution {83：17）as mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was 215 nm. Results The linear range of usolic acid was 0. 168 6 - 3. 372 0μg （ r = 1. 000 0 / and the average recovery was 96. 5 % （ RSD = 0. 59% , n = 6）. Conclusion The simple and accurate method can be used to determinate usolic acid of Xiao＇er Xiaoshi Granules.
