摘　　要：目的 :作者对 2 0 0例正常哈萨克族人的头部CT片进行了测量研究 ,其中男性 10 0例 ,女性 10 0例。年龄 2 0～ 6 9岁。结果显示脑池 7项测量项目的均值男大于女 ,经过 7个项目男女均值的显著性检验 ,鞍上池 ,四叠体池和大脑纵裂池男女间存在高度显著性差异 ,t值大于 2 5 8,p <0 0 1;环池 ,左右外侧窝池及其左右外侧窝池平均值 ,男女之间存在显著性差异 ,t值大于 1 96 ,p <0 0 5。该研究结果提示我们 ,在评价脑池大小的时候 ,不但要考虑其年龄因素 ,同时还要考虑性别因素。The normal head CT plates of 200 esamples about kazak race have been measured in 7 itens.It includes 100 esamples;100 males and 100 females.The ages range from 20～69.The results of the average of subarachnoid cistern of the 7 item measurements have shown the males are larger than the females.Their averages showed quite differencdes while we have made the significance test,There are highly significant differences between the males and the females in supracellar cistern,quadrigeminal cistern and longitudinal cistern.Value of t>2 58,p<0 01.There are significant differences between then on cistern ambiens,left and right cistern of lateral cerebral and left and right cistern of lateral cerebral averages.value of t>1 96,p<0 05. The study results give us a hint .i.e,when we value large of small of cerebral cistern.We should consider not only the age factor but also the sex factor.
