摘　　要：本研究为了解合肥市心理咨询服务机构发展现状及存在问题,采用结构化访谈的方法,电话访谈合肥市四家社会心理咨询结构。目前合肥市专职心理咨询人员占23%,门诊咨询是主要的咨询方式,咨费集中在100—300元/小时,平均每个咨询机构月咨询量是43,学生和30—45岁的成年人是主要客源。目前合肥市心理咨询市场存在缺乏市场规范、咨询人员良莠不齐等问题。The aim of this research is to investigate the develop-ment condition and existing problems of social psychological consultation service agencies in Hefei City. By the method of structured interview, four social psychological consultation agen-cies in Hefei City were interviewed on telephone. The current proportion of professional psychological counselors in Hefei City is just 23%, and clinical counseling is the major way, and the counseling price is between 100 yuan per hour and 300 yuan per hour. On average, every agency receives 43 persons per month. Students and people aged 30~45 are the main customers of these agencies. At present, in Hefei psychological consultation market, some problems exist, such as the lack of rules in psychological counseling business, and the intermingling of qualified and un-qualified counselors.
