摘　　要：汉简中丰富的民族史资料对于研究窦融治理河西时期的民族政策具有重要价值,窦融治理河西时期采取了笼络卢水秦胡等少数民族、缓解与羌关系、积极防御匈奴的民族政策。窦融有关民族政策的制定和实施受到当时河西内部因素和周边情势的制约,与中原王朝的关系起着决定性作用。The abundant ethnic history materials written in wooden strips of Han Dynasty is of great val- ue for studying the nationalities policies formulated and implemented when Dou Rong governed the Hexi corridor. Those polices were adopted which mainly included such three aspects as： winning over minority Lu Shui Qin, easing up relation with Qiang, and active defense for Hu. The formulation and implementa- tion of nationalities polices were not only constrained by the internal factors of Hexi corridor and the sur- rounding situation, but also were determined by the relation with the Central court.
