摘 要:三峡工程蓄水运用以来,入库来沙大幅减少,泥沙淤积大为减轻,且绝大部分泥沙淤积在库区常年死库容内,为水库排沙调度试验提供了有利条件。在分析三峡水库洪峰、沙峰传播特性的基础上,针对三峡入库洪峰、沙峰传播的时间差异性,提出了"洪峰到来时拦洪削峰,沙峰临近时加大泄量排沙"的沙峰调度策略。依据所提出的调度模式,于2012,2013年汛期进行了沙峰排沙调度试验,获得了较好的效果,丰富了水库泥沙调度理论,为三峡水库正常运行期科学调度积累了宝贵经验。Since the operation of Three Gorges Project, the incoming sediment is reduced and sediment siltation is dramatically mitigated and most of the sediment silts in dead storage of the reservoir, which provides favorable condition for sediment discharge regulation of the reservoir. Based on the asynchronous propagation characteristics of the flood and sediment peaks entering the reservoir, the sediment peak regulation mode is proposed as conducting flood retention in the arrival of flood peak, and increases sediment discharge when the sediment peak arrives. According to the proposed regulation mode, the sediment peak regulation tri- als were carried out in the flood season of 2012 and 2013 and satisfied results were obtained. The sediment peak regulation trials have enriched the regulation~ theory of reservoir sediment and accumulated valuable experiences for scientific operation of Three Gorges Reservoir in subsequent normal operation.
