推拿联合补肾活血汤对椎动脉型颈椎病患者血液流变学及血流速度的影响

摘　　要：目的观察推拿联合补肾活血汤对椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)患者血液流变学及血流速度的影响。方法将95例CSA患者随机分为2组。治疗组48例予推拿联合补肾活血汤治疗,对照组47例予单纯补肾活血汤治疗。2组均治疗1个月。观察2组治疗前后血液流变学指标、椎-基底动脉系统血流速度变化,比较2组疗效。结果 2组治疗后血液流变学指标均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后椎-基底动脉系统血流速度均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率74.47%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论推拿联合补肾活血汤治疗CSA,可明显改善患者的血液流变学状态和脑血流速度,提高疗效。Objective To observe the influence of manipulation therapy combined with Bushenhuoxue de -coction for the blood hemorheology and cerebral blood flow of the patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylo -sis.Methods 95 cases of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group .The 48 cases of patients in the treatment group were given manipulation therapy combined with Bushenhuoxue decoction ,and 47 cases in the control group were only given Bushenhuoxue decoction . The changes of hemorheology indexes and vertebral -basilar artery blood flow velocity before and after treatment were observed and the efficacy between the two groups was compared .Results The hemorheology indexes after treatment were reduced in comparison with those before treatment in two groups （P〈0.05）.The decrease of treatment group was more significantly （P〈0.05）.The vertebral -basilar artery blood flow velocity after treatment was reduced in comparison with that before treatment in two groups （P〈0.05）.The decrease of treatment group was more signifi-cantly （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in treatment group （93.75%） was higher than that in control group （74. 47%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The manipulation therapy combined with Bushenhuoxue decoction can obviously im -prove the blood hemorheology and cerebral blood flow of the patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis , and can improve the treatment effect ,which is worth of clinical promotion .
