振脾汤对溃疡性结肠炎模型大鼠的形态学及组织病理学的影响疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察振脾汤对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)模型大鼠灌胃。方法将48只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、振脾汤组及柳氮磺吡啶片组,每组12只,采用三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)/乙醇方法建立UC模型。造模成功2周后,振脾汤组予振脾汤灌胃,柳氮磺胺吡啶片组予柳氮磺吡啶片溶液灌胃,正常组及模型组均予等容积的蒸馏水灌胃。连续灌胃2周后。观察各组大鼠的一般状态、结肠黏膜的大体形态学及组织病理学变化。结果给药前模型组大鼠体质量、结肠黏膜大体形态学损伤评分及结肠黏膜组织病理学损伤评分与正常组同期比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);给药1周后,振脾汤组及柳氮磺胺吡啶片组大鼠体质量、结肠黏膜大体形态学损伤评分及结肠黏膜组织病理学损伤评分与模型组同期比较差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05);给药2周后,振脾汤组及柳氮磺胺吡啶片组大鼠体质量、结肠黏膜大体形态学损伤评分及结肠黏膜组织病理学损伤评分与模型组同期比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论振脾汤可以明显改善UC模型大鼠一般情况,增加体质量,改善微循环,抑制炎症反应,修复溃疡,更适用于UC的维持治疗。Objective To investigate the effect of Zhenpi decoction on the model rats with ulcerative colitis （ UC） .Methods 48 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group , model group , Zhenpi decoction group and Sulfasalazine tablets group , 12 rats in each group.UC model rats were established by Trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid （ TNBS） /ethanol method .At two weeks after successful modelling , rats in Zhenpi decoction group and Sul-fasalazine tablets group separately received intragastric administration of Zhenpi decoction and Sulfasalazine tablets so -lution.Rats in normal group and model group received intragastric administration of isometric distilled water for two weeks .The changes of general stats , gross morphology and histopathology of colonic mucosa of rats in each group were observed.Results There were significant differences on rat BMI , gross morphological injury score and histopatho-logical injury score of colonic mucosa of rats in model group , Zhenpi decoction group and Sulfasalazine tablets group before treatment compared with those in normal group （P〈0.05）.There was no difference between rats in model group, Zhenpi decoction group and Sulfasalazine tablets group on rat BMI , gross morphological injury score and his-topathological injury score of colonic mucosa of rats after a week of treatment （P〉0.05）.There were significant difference between rats in model group , Zhenpi decoction group and Sulfasalazine tablets group on rat BMI , gross morphological injury score and histopathological injury score of colonic mucosa of rats after two weeks of treatment （ P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between Zhenpi decoction group and Sulfasalazine tablets group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Zhenpi decoction is significant on UC model rats , can significantly improve the general situation in rats , increase rats body mass , improve microcirculation , inhibit inflammation , repair ulcers and pain etc ., it is more suitable for the maintenance treatment of UC .
