论国有商业银行业务创新  

On the Innovation in Banking Practice of State-Owned Commercial Banks

摘　　要：随着改革的深入，作为国家经济命脉的国有商业银行暴露出越来越大的弊端，严重阻碍了改革的进程，因而要求对国有商业银行进行改革的呼声也越来越高。但笔者认为现阶段全面推行国有商业银行的产权制度改革并不实际，于是提出通过银行业务创新的手段来推进国有商业银行改革的建议。Along with the furtherance of reform, there revealed increasingly large malpract ices in state owned commercial banks, which are the liveline of state economy. The progress of reform was seriously hindered, and increasingly loud voice deman ded state owned commercial banks to make reform. Believing that it is unrealist ic for state owned commercial banks to carry out institutional reform of proper ty right, the author suggests to push on reform of state owned commercial banks by means of innovation in banking practice.
