利用金融工程技术化解国有商业银行不良贷款

摘　　要：大量呆、坏帐的存在使我国国有商业银行变得极其脆弱，并蕴含着极大的金融风险，因此解决国有商业银行不良贷款问题迫在眉睫，目前风靡全球的金融工程为这一问题提供了解决思路。于是笔者提出了几种利用金融工程技术解决问题的方案以供商榷。The existence of enormous bad debts, bad loans e nables state-owned commercial banks of our country to become quite weak and to contain maximal financial risk. It is imminent to clear up bad loans in state-o wned commercial banks. Financial engineering as fashionable measure provides us with train of thought for settling this problem. Several plans of settling probl em by applying financial engineering are thus proposed for discussion.
