摘　　要：对邓正来先生关于中国法学缺失法律理想图景的观点提出了质疑。对邓先生所提出的我国法学研究的"四种模式"因受制于"西方现代化范式"之影响,必然会导致缺失自己的法律理想图景的观点进行了剖析,对中国特色社会主义法律理想图景形成与演进的历史作了梳理,并总结了中国特色社会主义法律理想图景的原则与前景,重申了中国自己一以贯之的法律理想图景。This paper questioned Mr.Deng on the lack of Chinese law legal ideal prospect point.First.A-nalysis of the legal research of our country put forward by Deng＆#39;s “four models”due to the impact of subject to the “western modernization paradigm”,will inevitably lead to the loss of their legal ideal prospect point.Secondly,the prospect of socialist legal ideal Chinese history of formation and evolution characteristics.Finally,the author tries to summarize the principles and prospects China socialist legal ideal prospect,reaffirming the legal ideal prospect China himself One principle runs through it all.
