摘 要:为提高聚砜(PSF)超滤膜亲水性,增强其抗污染能力,以聚氨酯(PU)作为改性剂,采用沉淀相转化法制备PSF/PU共混超滤膜。用溶解度参数和共溶剂法等预测了PSF/PU是部分相容体系。同时,用接触角测定仪和拉伸强度仪对膜的亲水性、机械性能等进行了表征。结果表明,PU加入后,共混膜的接触角从90.17°下降到73.9°,亲水性提高;对明胶的吸附量从122.36μg/cm2下降为88.64μg/cm2,抗污染性提高;在m(PSF)/m(PU)=80/20时,膜的断裂伸长率由17.78%升高到36.78%,机械性能提高。In order to improve hydrophilicity and antifouling capacity of polysulfone (PSF) membrane,PSF/PU blend ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by phase inversion method in the presence of polyurethane (PU) as modifier.The compatibility of PSF/PU was predicted by the method of solubility parameter and co-solvent.The hydrophilicity and mechanical property of membrane were characterized nsing contact angle (CA) and tensile tester.The experimental results indicated that the contact angle descends from 90.17°to 73.9°and gelatin adsorption descended from 122.36 μg/cm2to 88.64 μg/cm2,and the hydrophilicity and antifouling performance of the membranes were all significantly improved.When PSF/PU was 80/20,the elongation at break of membrane increased from 17.78% to 36.78%,which meant an improvement of mechanical properties.
