摘  要:以纳米TiO2作为光催化剂,将丙烯酸(AA)接枝到其表面,制备了可降解的LDPE/TiO2-g-PAA复合薄膜,在空气中进行紫外加速老化试验,利用红外光谱(FTIR)、紫外可见光谱(UV-vis)、扫描电镜(SEM)、示差扫描量热仪(DSC)和万能试验机分别对光照前后LDPE及复合薄膜进行分析表征。结果表明,TiO2-g-PAA在复合薄膜中具有较好的亲水性,明显提高了纳米TiO2在LDPE复合薄膜中的光催化活性,光照415 h后LDPE/TiO2-g-PAA复合薄膜的结晶度为26.33%,比纯LDPE薄膜的19.18%明显增大。A degradable composite film was prepared by embedding the hydrophilic acrylic acid grafted nanoTiO2 into the LDPE (LDPE/TiO2-g-PAA).Solid-phase photocatalytic degradation of the LDPE/TiO2-g-PAA composite film was carried out in ambient air under ultraviolet irradiation.The properties of composite films were compared with those of the pure LDPE films and the LDPE/TiO2 composite films through performing FT-IR spectroscopy,UV-vis spectroscopy,SEM analysis,DSC analysis and universal testing machine.The results showed that PAA grafted onto TiO2 significantly improved the photocatalytic activity of nano-TiO2 in LDPE films owing to its better hydrophilicity in the composite film.The crystallinity of LDPE/TiO2-g-PAA composite film was 26.33% after 415 hours UV-irradiation,and it was significantly higher than that of pure LDPE films which was only 19.18%.
