摘 要:以柔韧性能优良的聚酰胺树脂和硬度较大的聚酰胺树脂复配作为三维打印用快速成型粉末材料的成型树脂,以与聚酰胺树脂附着性能优良的环氧树脂作为粘接溶液的连接料,依次考察了聚酰胺树脂配比、流平剂、脱气剂、环氧树脂固含量以及表面张力调节剂对三维打印成型产品的柔韧性、硬度、粘接强度以及产品外观的影响规律,通过实验确定了快速成型粉末材料和粘接溶液的优化配方。在优化配方下,经三维打印所制取的成型样品的各项性能均较好,其柔韧性为1.5 mm,硬度为0.33,附着力为5.8 N/mm2,基本满足实际使用需求。The materials for three dimensional printing (3DP) using the technology of selective laser sintering (SLS) were prepared by using polyamide resin with good flexibility and polyamide resin with high hardness as molding resin of rapid prototyping powder, and epoxy resin which had excellent adhesion on polyamide resin as binder of adhesive solution. The effects of the ratio of polyamide resin and the dosage of flatting agent, degassing agent, epoxy resin and surface tension regulator on flexibility, hardness, adhesive strength and appearance of the products fabricated by 3DP were analyzed. The optimal formula of rapid prototyping powder and adhesive solution was determined, and the properties of the 3 DP product applied with the optimal formula basically satisfy practical requirements, the flexibility, hardness and adhesion of which are 1.5 mm, 0.33 and 5.8 N . mm -2 respectively.
