摘  要:以亲油性二元醇、N220、N330、辛酸亚锡、三乙烯二胺、有机硅匀泡剂、甲苯二异氰酸(TDI)和去离子水等为原料制备高吸油聚氨酯泡沫,探讨了亲油性二元醇用量对聚氨酯泡沫的泡孔结构、拉伸强度、吸油性能和吸水性能的影响。结果表明,随着亲油性二元醇用量的提高,聚氨酯泡沫对原油的吸油倍率先增加后减小,最大吸油倍率达到了48.6 g/g。In this paper, the high oil absorption polyurethane foams (PUF) were prepared using oleophylic dihydric alcohol, N220, N330, stannous octoate, triethylene diamine, organosilicon foam stabilizer, deionized water and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) as raw materials. The effects of the dosage of oleophylie dihydric alcohol on the properties of PUF such as pore structure, tensile strength, oil absorbency and water absorbency were studied. The results showed that the oil absorbency first increased and then decreased with increasing the dosage of oleophylic dihydric alcohol, and the maximum oil absorption reached 48.6 g/g. While the water absorbency decreased with increasing the dosage of oleophylic dihydric alcohol.
