摘　　要：阐述了油气管道施工企业在质量管理方面存在的优势与问题;结合管道建设实际,提出了加强油气管道施工企业质量管理的措施。指出,在条件具备的情况下,推行质量工资制度。The advantages and the problems of oil ＆ gas pipeline construction enterprises existing in the quality management are de- scribed. The measures to strengthen the quality management of oil ＆ gas pipeline construction enterprises are proposed based on the reality of oil and gas pipeline construction. It is pointed out that it is necessary to implement the salary system based on quality per- formance if conditions permit.
