摘　　要："Lex Sportiva"是目前体育法学领域一个新的法律概念,它代表着一种新的秩序规则,在全球体育社会领域扮演着重要的角色。运用文献资料法等就学界对"Lex Sportiva"的困惑、"Lex Sportiva"的词义及其由来等进行分析。从法哲学、法人类学、法社会学、"Lex Mercatoria"、国际体育仲裁司法化等方面,对"Lex Sportiva"法的属性进行论证。认为:"Lex Sportiva"具有法的属性,是全球体育法治实践中重要的法律秩序。Being a new legal concept in sport laws, ＂ Lex Sportiva＂ is playing an important role in global sport world as a new order rule. The study used literature review to explore the lexical meaning of ＂Lex Sportiva＂ and its origin. The legal nature of ＂Lex Sportiva＂ was discussed from the perspective of legal philosophy, legal anthropology, legal sociology, ＂ Lex Mercatoria＂, and the judicial tendency of international sport arbitration, etc. It stated that ＂Lex Sportiva＂ is characteristic of legal nature and acts as an important legal order in the practice of global sport laws.
