摘　　要：目的 :探讨经口咽入路行寰枢椎手术的优点和存在的问题。方法 :全组手术共 17例。行寰枢椎融合术 14例 ,减压融合术 3例。统计感染率、手术时间和出血量。结果 :全组手术均获成功 ,无一例术后感染 ,平均手术时间3h 15min ,平均出血量 15 0ml。结论 :选择好适应证 ,重视术前准备和术后治疗 ,经口咽入路上位颈椎手术是安全、简捷。Objective:To discuss the advantage and disadvantage in the upper cervical operation by using transoral approach.Method:17 cases underwent this operation including 14 atlanto axial fusion,and 3 decompression with atlanto axial fusion.The statistics of infection rate,operation time and the bleeding amount was observed.Result:The operations have succeeded among all the cases without post operative infection.The average operative time was 3 hours 15 minutes.The average amount of bleeding was 150ml.Conclusion:Upper cervical operation through transoral approach is a brief,safe and effective operative method provided that the case is selected carefully,pre operative management and post operative treatment are better handled.
