摘 要:课程考核是教育教学过程的一个重要环节,是评价教学得失和教学效果的重要手段。传统经济法课程在考核形式、考核内容、评价与反馈等方面存在诸多问题,很大程度上影响了课程教学质量和学生学习效果。由于经济法课程的理论性和应用型特点,基于能力培养的课程考核必须从考核理念、方式、内容、教考分离、评价与反馈等环节改革,以提高非法学专业学生对经济法律制度的理解和解决实际问题的能力,满足市场经济发展需要对综合性经济管理人才的要求。The course test is the key part of teaching process, the significant method of teaching evaluation, and also the important way to ensure the teaching quality and the talent training. The traditional Economic Law curriculum has many problems in its test way, test content, evaluation structure and feedback, which has influenced the teaching quality and effect. Due to its theoretical and practical characteristics, the Economic Law course needs to be reformed in its test theory, method, content, evaluation and feedback, so as to improve nonlaw-major students' understanding of economic law and their problem-solving ability. Only in this way, can they meet the development of economic market for comprehensive economic management talents.
