摘　　要：在明代卫所武职袭授过程中,有"武职非军功不得袭授"、"流官不袭"两大基本原则。明代卫所武职的获取,除了军功以外,还有其他非军功的形式,如遇例、纳粟等,这些以非军功形式获取的职级,不能世代承袭。都指挥、都督之类武职,因系流官,例不得袭。此外,武职承袭中,若遇犯堂、犯罪等情形,还须降袭、革袭。The Weisuo officer＇s inheritance in the Ming Dynasty,must abide the two basic principles-basis of the military and not appointed position.If not get the credit in the war,for example,to get the post by gifts,buy,and the senior positions in the military,cannot be inherited.In addition,if has the qualifications of inherited blood relationship apart,or crime,inherit the position will be restricted.
