摘 要:依据输电铁塔的螺栓连接角钢节点的加工制作和受力特征,分析了螺栓连接节点的3种受力状态;在总结已有试验结果的基础上,提出了螺栓连接角钢节点滑移变形过程的简化四阶段线性力学模型;建立了考虑节点轴向滑移变形的输电铁塔整体有限元计算模型,分析得到了铁塔在正常运行工况和典型地表变形组合作用下的基础位移极限值.研究表明:考虑节点滑移后,对铁塔在各典型工况下的最终破坏形态没有显著影响,但铁塔斜材的轴力变化规律比无滑移模型更接近比例模型试验的情况;在相同工况下,不考虑节点滑移的分析结果过于保守,这说明可采用考虑节点滑移的模型来计算采动区输电铁塔的基础位移极限值.Three stress states of bolted joints were analysed according to the bolted angle con- nection's characteristics of assemblage procedure and the stress state. A new simplified model of bolted angle joint slippage was proposed including four force-displacement linear stages on basis of existing experiments. A corresponding finite element model of a typical transmission tower with joints slippage was built to calculate its foundation displacement limit to movement and deformation of mining subsidence ground. Results showed that joints slippage has nearly no influence upon the tower's failure model under each working condition, but the relation curve of angle force and foundation displacement is much closer to the corresponding experi- ment result. Furthermore, the limits of non-slipping model are too conservative, which implies that it is more suitable to utilise the model with joint slippage to calculate the ultimate displacement of tower's foundation which is located in the mining subsidence area.
