摘　　要：针对视频监控系统的应用越来越广泛,设计了一种基于流媒体技术的远程视频监控系统,该系统以H.264做视频压缩,以RTSP、RTMP和HTTP Live Streaming等做媒体传输协议,以磁盘阵列作为存储介质,完成具有视频采集、视频播放、视频存储和远程控制功能的监控系统,该系统具有高性能、易维护、低成本、实时性强等特点。实验结果表明,该系统具有良好的播放效果。With the video surveillance systems used more and more widely, this paper introduces the remote video monitoring system based on streaming media technology,which makes use of H. 264 as video compression standard, the RTSP/RTMP/HTTP Live Streaming as multimedia control and transport protocol, the disk arrays as storage medium, and implements video capture, video playback,video storage and remote control, this system has a high-performance, easy maintenance, low-cost, real-time characteristics. Experimental results show that the system has good playback quality.
