摘　　要：许多心血管系统疾病的发生与发展都与血小板的活化有关,流式细胞仪为血小板活化的检测提供了极大的方便,对判断是否有血栓形成及其倾向具有重要意义。本文就此进行综述。Occurrence and development of many cardiovascular diseases are related to platelet activation. Flow cy- tometer provides lots of convenience for detection of platelet activation, and possesses important significance for judging thrombosis and its tendency or not. This article made an overview for these.
