摘 要:目前单个微波固态器件输出功率无法满足散射卫星通信系统大功率的输出需求,需要通过分配合成网络并采用功率合成技术来实现。介绍了一种基于波导的功率分配合成网络,给出了波导分、合路与波导一微带探针过渡相结合的波导内空间4路功率分配合成方案,并对该方案进行了HFSS建模和仿真,经整体模拟验证,在13.75~15.35GHz频段,回波损耗≤-20dB,传输损耗不大于0.5dB。The output power of a single microwave solid-state device can't meet the high-power output requirement of system at present.So the power combining technique is often used integrate multiple solid-state power devices in a power combiner amplifier to obtain high-power output.This paper introduces a power combine-divide network for power combining based on waveguide and proposes a 4-way waveguide-based spatial power combination/divide scheme, combining with waveguide power divider/combiners and waveguide- microstrip probe transition.The HFSS modelling and simulation are implemented for this scheme.The simulation results show that this scheme can realize the return loss of not more than -20 dB and the transmission loss of not more than O. 5 dB within the frequency range of 13.75 ~ 15.35 GHz.
