摘 要:该文先介绍节能灯的结构和原理,再从PTC热敏电阻的基本特性和应用开始,从电路结构和电压波形的对比上,介绍热启动和冷启动的区别,以及PTC的预热和延时启动作用。该文还运用详细的解释和分析,给出了一些有效的PTC热敏电阻生产商和用户所采用的质量保证手段等内容,同时作者介绍了PTC热敏电阻的元器件试验和整灯应用试验。为了适应新形势下节能灯的发展需要,在保证高质量的前提下,作者建议选用性价比最高的元器件和线路设计,来满足各层次客户的需求,从而占据更多的市场份额。This article firstly introduced CFL's structure and theory,and then from PTC thermistors' basic char acteristics and applications,it introduced the differences between cold ignition and hot ignition through the comparison of circuit structure and voltage wave,and the function of PTCls preheat and time delay.It also used detailed explanations and analysis,and gave out some effective quality guarantee measures and so on infor mation which PTC manufacturers and endusers adoptedAt the same time,the writer introduced PTC's com ponent test items and lamp application test items.To adapt to the development requirements under new cir cumstances for CFL, based on keeping high quality,the writer suggested choosing components and circu it de signs with the highest excellent cost performance to meet customers' demands from different levels,so as to occupy the more market shares.
