摘 要:单相H6拓扑光伏并网逆变器具有高效且抑制漏电流的能力,为了使光伏并网发电系统输出高质量的电能,在分析H6拓扑及无差拍控制工作原理的基础上,推导出了一种单相光伏并网逆变器的无差拍控制PWM算法,提出了一种基于无差拍控制的两级式单相光伏并网逆变器的总体控制策略。最后,搭建了单相H6拓扑光伏并网逆变系统的Matlab/Simulink仿真及实验平台,并对理论分析结果进行了验证。结果表明无差拍控制器应用在单相H6拓扑光伏并网逆变控制系统中能够实现对并网电流的快速准确跟踪,并且具有良好的并网波形质量。The singlephase H6 PV gridconnected inverter topology has the ability to achieve high operation efficiency as well as to suppress leakage current. In order to get highquality electric power from photovoltaic system, the singlephase photovohaic gridconnected inverter current deadbeat control PWM algorithm was deduced based on the operation of H6 topology and the principle of deadbeat control. An overall control strategy of twostage singlephase photovoltaic gridconnected inverter based on deadbeat control was proposed. Finally, the simulation model based on Maflab/Simulink and experimental prototype was built to confirm the theoretical analysis. The results indicate that applying deadbeat controller to singlephase H6 topology photovoltaie gridconnected inverter control system can achieve the current staticfree control, and have a good quality of gridconnected waveform.
