摘  要:采用合理的成分设计和二阶段控制轧制工艺及热处理工艺,在鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司5500厚板生产线成功开发了最大厚度100 mm高层建筑用厚板Q345GJC,钢板组织、性能及析出物分析结果表明:产品微观组织结构合理,具有高强度、高韧性和高Z向性能及低屈强比等特点,性能富余量较高。The heavy steel plate Q343GJL with maxmmm tnmKness oi iuu mm ior mgn-nsc building is developed successfully via 5500 mm production line of Bayuquan Iron & Steel Sub- sidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. by using suitable composition design and two-stage controlled rolling technology as well as heat treatment process. The microstructures and properties of the steel plate are analyzed and the results show that its microstructures are suitable and the steel plate is characterized by high strength, high toughness and Z-direction property as well as low yield ratio with much more surpluses of properties.
