摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定冶金尘泥中As、B、Cu、Ni、Cr、V,确定了样品的溶解方式及测定条件,研究了基体效应、共存元素间干扰及干扰校正方法。实验结果表明,通过基体匹配及背景扣除可消除光谱干扰;样品中各元素线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9990;方法检出限As、B、V为0.002μg/mL,Cu、Ni、Cr为0.005μg/mL;精密度分析表明,检测范围内各元素的相对标准偏差均小于10%。该方法操作简单、精度高,可同时测定多种元素。The content of these elements of As, B, Cu, Ni, Cr and V in metallurgical sludge are determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES).First the dissolution method and determination conditions for test samples are determined. Then the matrix effect, the interference among co-existing elements and calibration method for the interference are studied.The experimental results show that spectrum interference can be eliminated by the matrix- matching and background subtraction algorithm. There exists a good linear relationship among ele- ments in a sample, whose correlation coefficient is more than 0.999 0. The detection limit for As, B and V by the method is 0.002 ~xg/mL and the limit for Cu, Ni and Cr is 0.005 p,g/mL. The rel- ative standard deviation (RSD) for each element within the detection limit is less than 10% ac- cording to the accurate analyzed results. By this method the content of these six kinds of elements in metallurgy sludge can be determined simply and accurately at the same time.
