提高大型转炉氧枪喷头寿命的实践

摘　　要：分析了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司转炉氧枪喷头寿命低的原因,通过采用新型锥体氧枪,优化喷头参数,建立特殊钢种氧枪吹炼模型,规范工艺操作,使氧枪喷头寿命提高了200炉,氧耗降低了3.2 m3/(t·min),脱磷率提高了1.7%,白灰消耗降低了5 kg/t。The reasons why the service life of an oxygen lance nozzle used by the converter in Bayuquan Iron ＆ Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. is short are analyzed. After taking such measures as adopting a new-type conical oxygen lance, optimizing the parameters for the nozzle, establishing the combined blowing model by oxygen lance for special steel grades and carrying out the normal operation for the process, the service life of the oxygen lance nozzle is in- creased by 200 heats, the consumption of oxygen is cut down by 3.2 m3/（t＇min）, the rate for de- phosphorization is increased by 1.7% and the consumption of lime is reduced by 5 kg/t.
