基于半遮盖结构的数码提花织物设计实践

摘　　要：采用提花织物分层组合设计模式,结合半遮盖结构设计方法,进行了数码提花织物的产品开发。在半遮盖组织结构下,纬纱之间会发生随机性的遮盖,织物绸面在保持原数码图像整体风格的同时会表现出不同的混合色彩效果。并以"梦里花"主题作品为例,从设计构思、设计流程、试样效果等方面对半遮盖结构设计方法的应用做了具体的介绍。通过试样,验证了基于半遮盖结构设计方法设计生产的提花织物结构新颖,产品完全符合大批量生产的要求。组合半遮盖结构的研究和应用为抽象效果数码提花织物的设计创新提供新的途径。This paper uses layered-combination design mode and half-covered structure method to develop digital jacquard fabric products. Under half-covered structure, weft yarns will have random covering effect so that the fabric can show different compound color effects while maintaining the overall style of the original digital image. Take a theme works named ＂ Dream Flower＂ for example. The application of half-covered structure design method is introduced clearly from design concept, design flow and sample effect. The sample demonstrates the jacquard fabric based on half-covered structure design method has neoteric structure and the products meet the needs of massive production. This paper also combines the researches and application of half-covered structure to provide new approaches for design innovation of digital jacquard fabric with abstract effects.
